SUPERSEDE

SUPERSEDE

The SUPERSEDE solution relies on collecting and analyzing data from different data sources, such as direct inputs from different stakeholders, monitoring tools or for example logs. The information received can be used in different phases of the software lifecycle such as new requirements identification that fulfil real needs of the end-users or any stakeholder.

Currently, the primary goal is to establish “feedback and data driven software engineering” as a landmark in the software engineering community. This form of exploitation consists of informing stakeholders and targeted user communities about the project output and encouraging interactions and networking. This also requires coordination at all levels and for all types of exploitation of the knowledge produced by the project.

Specific needs / Value Proposition:
SUPERSEDE solves real problems in software development cycle by extracting new features requests from end-user feedback. Thus it will result in saving time and money because there’s a “door open” to communicate bugs to the helpdesk. SUPERSEDE makes possible to dynamically build applications that fulfill users’ expectations anytime, anywhere, seamlessly connecting developers and stakeholders.

Specific benefits / Value Proposition:
SUPERSEDE will provide a tool-suite to be used in the software development process for making decisions on how to evolve and adapt software and services based on end-user feedback and big data techniques. Unlike other project management tools, SUPERSEDE provides a tool-suite that handles the full cycle of software development based on software evolution and adaptation, considering the end-user priorities.
